Three Circles Fostering is a family run Fostering Agency, first established in the North West by individuals who have a wealth of professional experience in fostering social work and education.
Our head office is in Wilmslow in Cheshire and we have an office in Barnsley, South Yorkshire. We cover the whole of the North West and Greater Manchester area, as well as St Helens, Merseyside, Lancashire, and South Yorkshire areas.
We are a unique Fostering Agency that has a recognisable and real “family atmosphere” at the heart of its operations, which implies for all its children and young people, foster carers and staff.
The services we provide to children and their carers reflect our priorities and aspirations for children and young people in care, as we always place the interests of our children above everything.
We believe that success in education for children and young people is crucial to their life chances and is a key factor in enhancing the stability and quality of their foster placements.
Therefore, our highest priority is ensuring that all our foster children and young people are provided with an additional package of educational support provided by the National Teaching and Advisory service.
Three Circles Fostering believe that every child should live in a nurturing and supportive family who can keep them safe and encourage them to realise their dreams.
In order to achieve this, we offer our foster carers extensive support and training in order to professionally develop them, 24/7 support from an experienced social work team, their own dedicated supervising social worker, access to peer support groups within their area, and membership to the Fostering Network for additional support.
We also have access to clinical therapeutic support when needed.
We value all our foster carers and treat them as equally as professionals and have regular consultations with them so that they have a voice in how the organisation is run.
Therefore, when you join Three Circles as a foster carer you will be considered an equal part of Three Circles and will be warmly welcomed for who you are and wish to be.
Our aim is to recruit a more diverse family of foster carers inclusive of all racial, cultural, religious and LGBT communities, where we can provide family based placements for children and young people from a variety of backgrounds and cultures; for them to feel accepted, supported, valued and able to maintain their identity and important relationships.
Being a child focused agency, we also offer extensive support for the children and young people in our care, this includes; support groups with other young people, fun days out, Princes Trust workshop skills events, and dedicated youth engagement support team.
We have developed our own unique scheme to encourage and enable young people in care to learn and develop independent life skills called KICup (Which stands for kids in care, with the up representing the high aspirations we have for young people).
We are also pioneers in supporting LGBT young people in care and have developed our own support guide for supporting Trans Youth in care which can be accessed via our website and at https://www.lgbtyouthincare.com
The activities for our children are fabulous and the support all my children have received over the period I have been with the agency has been exceptional. Three Circles has changed our lives and the lives of the children we foster. We are so proud to be part of the team!
The quality of care and help for the children is phenomenal. Having NT&AS guidance and input has been invaluable. SSW intervention with local authority, schools and colleges helps in challenging situations. I am very happy to be a part of Three Circles Fostering, they have helped enormously in my care for the children I look after.
Three Circles Fostering have been extremely supportive for myself as a foster parent in allowing me opportunities to develop my skills, whilst giving me adequate allowances and considerations for my limited experience offering a wide range of training and one-to-one guidance and advice.
Everyone at Three Circles Fostering should be proud that the needs of both carers and young people are being acknowledged and met to the highest possible standards. It is both refreshing and encouraging to discover the appreciation offered and a genuine overall sense of care for one another. Thank you, for every day.
